Our Positions
Graphic Design Associate
In this role you will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will also learn the in's and out's of real estate design, from legal requirements to standard design elements & best practices in order to design the highest quality content.
UX/UI Design Associate
In this role you will work with our team to collect, research, investigate and evaluate user interfaces. You will work on a variety of projects like mobile apps, software interfaces and websites. Your universal goal will be to help deliver an outstanding user experience while providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.
Post-Production Associate
In this position, you're set to create top-notch visual media, diving into diverse projects that range from video editing to animation. You'll also take on the challenge of devising and fleshing out comprehensive storylines, as well as designing video templates, enhancing your storytelling and technical skills along the way.

Internships are usually 3 months to 1 year long. Start and end times can vary by role and time of year. We are very flexible to accommodate college and university credit internship start and end dates — Apply to our internship program to find out your precise start and end dates.
Visa requirements differ across our internships. Contact us to find out whether a visa is required or not.
Most of our Realtyshop.ca internship positions are unpaid but we do offer a few paid positions every year depending on the role and length of internship.
All of our internships positions will be completed remotely. You will be required to have you own stable internet connection and computer.
The process begins with an initial short online video interview as roles become available. We will then follow up via email to let you know where or not we are going to offer you a position, after which we will discuss additional details.
The process for all applicants is the same, regardless of how far you previously progressed in the interview process.

Yes, all applications are assessed for all open internship opportunities. If we feel your skills align with a role other than the one to which you applied, we’ll reach out to you.
Yes, if you have a designated point of contact in the hiring process, reach out and let them know you’d like to be withdrawn.
Candidates are allowed to submit up to 3 applications every 30 days from their first application date. If you haven’t applied to 3 roles within 30 days, there is no hold on when you’re able to apply again. We recommend waiting 6-12 months before reapplying in order to improve your skills and experience, and maximize your hiring potential.
